I built my career in recruiting and executive search, helping organizations find the leaders who could carry out their missions. Along the way, I learned something most recruiters never say out loud: the real value was never the process — it was the people.
Today, I lead a growing platform at the intersection of jobs, branding, and leadership — backed by a community of 27K+ on LinkedIn. I own a job board, I'm building a new platform for leaders, and I write and ghostwrite content that helps executives own their voice and presence.
I'm not chasing headcount anymore. I'm building the infrastructure for how leaders get seen, hired, heard, and build a personal brand that lasts.
